This Lease is and shall be binding upon the heirs, <br /> executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. <br /> 14. Insurance. <br /> 14.1 Liability Insurance. <br /> (a) Lessee shall, at Lessee's expense, obtain and keep in force during <br /> the term of this Lease a policy of combined single limit bodily injury insuring <br /> against any liability arising out of Lessee's use or occupancy of the Premises and <br /> all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be a combined single limit <br /> policy in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). The policy <br /> shall insure performance by Lessee of its indemnity provisions of this Lease. The <br /> limits of said insurance shall not, however, limit the liability of Lessee hereunder. <br /> The City and its agents, employees and off7cials shall be named as additional <br /> insureds on said policy and Lessee shall provide the City with a certificate of said <br /> insurance coverage. <br /> (b) City shall, at City's expense, obtain and keep in force during the <br /> term of this Lease a policy of combined single limit bodily injury insuring against any <br /> liability arising out of City's maintenance, use, or occupancy of the Premises and all <br /> areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be a combined single limit policy in an <br /> amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000). The policy shall contain cross <br /> liability endorsements and shall insure performance by City of its indemnity provisions of <br /> this Lease.
