Section 2 Services to be Performed bv Contractor of the agreement is amended to read as follows: In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in E�ibits B1 (revised 11/2015) and B2, Contractor shall perform services for County in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibits A, D, E and F (revised 6/2016). 3. Section 3 Pavments of the agreement is amended to read as follows: In consideration of the services provided by Contractor in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibits A, D, E and F (revised 6/2016), County shall make payments to Contractor based on the rates and in the manner specified in Exhibit B1 (revised 11/2015) and Exhibit B2. The County reserves the right to withhold payment if the County determines that the quantity or quality of the work performed is unacceptable. In no event shall the County's total fiscal obligation under this Agreement exceed Three Hundred Forty Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Two Dollars ($344,472). 4. The first sentence of Section 4 Term and Termination of the agreement is amended as follows: Subject to compliance with all terms and conditions,the term of this agreement shall be from July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016. 5. Exhibit B2,attached hereto, is added to the agreement and incorporated by reference herein. 6. Exhibit F (revised 6/2016), attached hereto is added to the agreement and incorporated by reference herein,replaces Exhibit F in its entirety. 7.
