Pinnninq Director spoke of his review of the Downtown Plan now completed and of his discussions hold with various members of the Committee and the Planning Commission. Major Rosselli expressed concern qt delay in proceeding to act under the Downtown Plan and felt plan should be revitalized. Planning; Director stated main characteristic of Plan vas that it is a ion` range plan and reflects the best current thinVing about the future. In stressed the need for Plan to be constantly updated at least every three years.
