MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> October 8~ 2001 <br /> M.O. 01-151 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br /> DATE: October 9, 2001 <br /> <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Economic Development Department <br /> Police Department <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Adoption of motion suspending enforcement of those sections of the <br /> Muncipal Code. <br /> <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 8, 2001. <br /> <br /> Present: Councilmember Ira, Pierce, Hartnett, Howard, and Mayor Ruskin. <br /> <br /> Absent: Jordan, and Vice Mayor Claire <br /> <br /> The following motion was made, carded and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> MS:Hartnett/Howard Adoption of motion suspending enforcement of those sections of <br /> the Muncipal Code regulating on street, two (2) hour maximum parking periods and <br /> meter rates for those areas lying within the Downtown area as described below, for the <br /> period of Thanksgiving, 2001 to New Year's Day 2002. Said motion to be effective <br /> simultaneously with the effective date of Seciton 20.133. <br /> <br />/~otion passed by a majority roll call vote by all those present. <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
