ATTACHMENT A <br /> 6.5 Evaluation <br /> 6.5.1 Consultant will evaluate all data and prepare summary reports approximately <br /> midway through the survey effort, as well as a final Evaluation Report. <br /> 6.5.2 Parties are to review all documents and provide comments and feedback. <br /> Task 7.0 Bike Share (Amendment 2 Additional Scope) <br /> Beyond the coordination of the evaluation effort with the Regional Bike Share project team, the <br /> District will contract with an outside Consultant to develop the Bike Share Technical Analysis <br /> and Evaluation. This analysis will examine Downtown Redwood City bike share station <br /> performance and investigate the potential relocation of one or more bike share stations to <br /> increase usage at these stations. The Parties will provide support and review as needed. <br /> After the outside Consultant completes the analysis, the Parties are to review the stations that <br /> may benefit from relocation. After the Parties reach agreement on proposed station relocations, <br /> an outside Consultant under contract by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air <br /> District) will relocate the pods in coordination with the Air District. The Air District has <br /> contracted with Alta Bicycle Share for all bike share station implementation and relocations. In <br /> conjunction with this relocation, the Parties are to coordinate the implementation of temporary <br /> way-finding signage in Downtown Redwood City to increase visibility and access to the all <br /> Downtown Redwood City bike share stations. <br /> Following the implementation of the both the bike share station relocation(s) and the temporary <br /> wa�nding signage, the District will contract with an outside Consultant on the Development of <br /> a Bike Share Marketing Strategy. This Marketing strategy will tie directly into Task 5.0 to <br /> complement Marketing of the Last Mile project in whole. <br /> 7.1 Bike Share Technical Analysis and Evaluation <br /> 7.1.1 Provide feedback on and assistance with the development of the Bike Share <br /> Technical Analysis and Evaluation. The final Bike Share Technical Analysis and <br /> Evaluation is to be mutually agreed upon by all Parties. <br /> 7.1.2 Review and agree upon the selection of one or more bike share stations that will <br /> benefit from relocation. <br /> 7.2 Bike Share Station Relocation and Temporary Wa�nding Signage <br /> 7.2.1 The Bay Area Air Quality Management District and Parties will coordinate on the <br /> relocation of one or more bike share stations. Work will be completed in <br /> coordination with the Air District's outside Consultant, Alta Bicycle Share. <br /> 7.2.2 The Parties will coordinate the production and implementation of temporary bike <br /> share wayfinding signage to increase visibility and usage of all Downtown Redwood <br /> City bike share stations. <br /> 7.3 Bike Share Marketing <br /> 7.3.1 Consultant to perform the implementation and execution of the Bike Share <br /> Marketing Strategy as mutually agreed upon by all Parties. <br /> 7.3.2 Marketing collaterals to be ordered as mutually agreed upon between the <br /> Consultant and the Parties. <br /> Making the Last Mile Connection Pilot Program Memorandum of Understanding—Amendment 2 Page 9 of 9 <br /> Attachment A—Scope of Work <br /> FINAL:June 11,2014 <br /> 12-SAMTR-SAMTR-U-044 6309639.1 <br />
