EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK, FEE AND TIME SCHEDULES Description: Furnish and install voice/data cabling and terminations for the Redwood City Hall Operational & Security Office Renovation Project. Scope of work and fee schedule: CONTRACTOR shall furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the completion of following tasks 1 though 5 for a total amount of$12,479.00. 1. Build new IDF Closet at "Cage" area: Install one 2-post 19" x T Chatsworth Rack with 12" Ladder Rack on top braced back to the wall, two 22-RU Vertical Wire Managers, one 48-port Panduit Patch Panel, two 1-RU Horizontal Wire Managers, two 1-ru Filler Panels and one 15" deep Chatsworth Shelf to accommodate new CAT-SE cabling. AMOUNT: $1,486.00 2. Install four Cat-SE (350 MHz)Plenum rated cables to seven designated locations. All ends shall be terminated with Cat-SE Panduit jacks with matching existing colors. AMOLJNT: $4,228.00 3. Install 6-strands Single Mode armored fiber from MI'OE to the new IDF. Terminate both ends with SC connectors. IDF ends shall be placed in 1-RU Fiber Enclosure and Mf'OE in the small Wall Mount Fiber Enclosure. AMOLTNT: $2,429.00 4. Re-route,drop,terminate,test and label about 20 existing Cabling Stations trough-out the Offices and Conference Rooms under this Renovation Project. AMOiJNT:$3,280.00 5. Re-terminate about eleven "non-lifted" Cabling Stations in the City Manager Renovation Area with new Panduit Jacks/Faceplates test and label. AMOUNT:$1,056.00 CONTRACTOR shall make application for payment upon completion, to the satisfaction of the CTTY, of all work listed above. Time Schedule: CONTRACTOR shall start all work within 1 (one) Calendar day of the City's notice to proceed. All work shall be completed no later than September 30, 2013.
