Additional Construction Phase Services <br />a. The original agreement allowed for 33 hours of construction administration <br />support, and included two site meetings and 6 hours for reviewing submittals and <br />6 hours for responding to RFI's. Due to complexity of details mandated by <br />SFPUC, the following is the time, rate and service adjustments: <br />b. Additional Construction meetings and observations 24 hours $4,248.00 <br />c. Additional RFI and submittal coordination 35 hours $3,521.00 <br />d.
