Jacqueline Hildebrand is hereby appointed Acting City <br /> Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to hold said office from <br /> October 15, 1973 to and including December 31, 1973, and to <br /> perform all duties, and to assume all responsibilities of the <br /> office of City Clerk during said period. <br /> 2. Jacqueline Hildebrand is hereby appointed to the office <br /> of City Clerk of the City of Redwood City from and after January 1, <br /> 1974. <br />
