MSR:lt:9/18/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> SEP 24 73 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7005 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION <br /> OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the performance of certain personal <br /> services for the preparation of an environmental impact report <br /> for certain revisions of the Peninsula Covenant Church; and <br /> WHEREAS, Frahm, Edler & Cannis, Redwood City, California, <br /> hereinafter called "Contractor, " has represented to City that it <br /> is experienced in the preparation of environmental impact reports <br /> and is willing to prepare an environmental impact report for the <br /> above project on behalf of City; and <br /> WHEREAS, City desires to enter into an agreement for Contractor <br /> to furnish said personal services for the benefit of City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation of <br /> an Environmental Impact Report" (form dated 9/18/73) by and between <br /> the City and Contractor, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to execute the agreement approved herein for and on <br /> behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
