MSR:lt:9/26/73 <br /> - RESOLUTION NO. 7011 ORIGINAL <br /> OCT 1, 73 RESOLUTION NO. 7O11 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF ONE HIGH PRESSURE AIR RESERVOIR BOTTLE; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of one high pressure air reser- <br /> voir bottle, to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> the Fire Chief and on file in the office of the City Clerk, con- <br /> sisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions, specifications, bid forms and agreement, for <br /> the furnishing of one high pressure air reservoir bottle, to be <br /> used for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> in the aforementioned specifications. <br />
