*e MSR:ef:10/2/73 NOTICE OF INTENTION to ACQUIRE REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City that the City Council of the City of Redwood City has authorized the purchase of, and that the City of Redwood City intends to purchase, that certain parcel of real pro- perty located along the westerly side of Walnut Street at a point directly across from the intersection of Walnut Street with Spring Street in the City of Redwood City, more particularly described as follows: Portions of Lots 8 and 9, Block 17, as shown on that certain map entitled "Sweeny' s Addition of Redwood City", filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on July 17, 1896, in Volume "C" of Maps at Page 39, and copied into Volume 2 of Maps at Page 79; being more particularly described as follows : BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 8, said corner also being a point on the westerly line of Walnut Street, 60.00 feet in width as shown on said map; THENCE southeasterly along said westerly line, South 3° 35' 44" East, a distance of 58.48 feet; THENCE north- westerly along a line parallel with and 10.00 feet dis- tant measured at right angles southwesterly from the northwesterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of Spring Street, 60.00 feet in width as shown on said map; North 60° 57 ' 47" West, a distance of 108.76 feet to a point in the northerly line of said Lot 8; THENCE north- , easterly along said northerly line, North 86° 30' 48" East, a distance of 91.60 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing an area of 2, 678 square feet, more or less.
