On June Zfi, 2012, the Parties executed Agreement for the construction <br /> and purchase of MetalCraft Marine Firestorn 37' fireboat; and ;t <br /> B. The Par#ies have negotiated and agreed to amendments attacl�ed to and <br /> irtcarpora#ed in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFQRE, in consideration a# these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> cflntained herein, the Parties agree as follows: F <br /> s <br /> 1. In additian to those senrices contained in the Agreement, MCM will <br /> provide thase services described in Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total annual <br /> Agreement amount shali be Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty- <br /> �ne Dollars ($986,941). <br /> 2. City will pay MCM for a!I wark associated with thase services described in <br /> Exhibit "A" a fixed fee of Nineteen Thousand, Six Hundred For�y-�ive Doflars ($19,645), <br /> for an aggregate amount of $986,�41. MCM wili provide City, on a monthly basis, copies <br /> of invoices sufficienfiy detaifed ta include hours performed, haurly rates, and related <br /> activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> 3. MCM wiEl compfete all wor[c described in Exhibit "A" byAugust 31, 2013, <br /> 4. All ather provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended �ram <br /> time to #ime, wili remain in full force and effact. <br /> 5. All requisite insurance policies ta be maintained by MCM pursuant to the <br /> Agreement, as may havs been amended from time to time, will include coverage for this <br /> - Amendment. <br /> 6.
