6.3.A. - Page 5 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With Mental Health <br /> Association of San Mateo County For Funds To Acquire 105 5t" Avenue" (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, and Mental Health <br /> Association of San Mateo County, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the Agreement in a form <br /> approved by the City Attorney and in substantial compliance with the terms and <br /> conditions set forth in the Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> C ity. <br /> 3.
