6.3.A. - Page 19 <br /> 25. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Act prohibits the <br /> use of lead-based paint in residential structures constructed or rehabilitated with <br /> Federal assistance. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the event lead-based <br /> paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement procedures may be <br /> required by City. <br /> 26. NOTICES. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. It is mutually understood and agreed <br /> that this Agreement will be binding upon City and Contractor and their respective <br /> successors.
