PUBLIC COMMENT AND CONSENT CALENDAR (Agenda packet page # 10) <br /> Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion and one vote. The "Public Comment and Consent Calendar" category is limited <br /> to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. A speaker will <br /> be given one opportunity to speak under "Public Comment and Consent Calendar". Redwood City's Title VI Policy and Limited English Proficiency Plan <br /> Staff contact: Susan Wheeler, Management Analyst 780-7245 swheeler@redwoodcity.org <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Adopt, by motion, Redwood City's Title VI Policy and Limited English <br /> Proficiency (LEP) Plan and authorize the City Manager to implement federal <br /> and state mandates pertaining to Title VI and LEP.
