F. - Page 5 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task 1 <br /> On-site Harbormaster - <br /> • Provide on-site supervision during daylight hours (no less than 4 hours per day) <br /> Monday through Friday <br /> • Maintain safety and security for marina tenants and guests <br /> • Enforce compliance with all marina rules and regulations <br /> • Receive and respond to all complaints, disputes, problems, and all matters <br /> requiring attention, and attempt in good faith to resolve and settle such <br /> complaints, disputes, or problems subject to the parameters of this Agreement <br /> • Notify City of any necessary maintenance <br /> • Provide routine maintenance of marina facilities through contract work or <br /> providing services through the management company and submit invoices for <br /> monthly reconciliation <br /> � Provide recommendation to City of needed capital improvements for inclusion in <br /> the City's Capital Budget �' <br /> • Prepare annual maintenance budget for review and approval by City no later <br /> than March 1, 2014. <br /> • Provide on-site point of contact for tenant and guest messages and packages <br /> Task 2 <br /> Administrative Services <br /> • Provide any other information and materials as City is required or elects to <br /> furnish to tenants <br /> • Provide written accounting of accounts receivable and other financial <br /> transactions relating to the operations of the marina to City's Finance Department <br /> • Provide monthly report by the 10th day of each month for the preceding month <br /> regarding the operations of the marina, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> o Dock maintenance inspection and condition <br /> o Utility systems and services <br /> o Shoreside restrooms and parking conditions <br /> o Facility safety and security issues <br /> o Tenant/guest complaints or problems and how resolved if at all <br /> • Upon request by City, assist with sale, donation, or disposal of liened and/or <br /> abandoned vessels <br /> • Provide recommendations to City on maintenance issues, contractor scope of <br /> services, selection of contractor, and other duties necessary to maintain a public <br /> marina <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013/AMENDMENTS/AMEND N0. 1 SURGE PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> REV: 07-02-13 VR <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
