CODE SEC. 6103 <br /> SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br /> PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> (South Bayside System Authority) <br /> This PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made by <br /> and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a chartered municipal corporation <br /> of the State of California ("Grantor"), and the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br /> AUTHORITY, a public agency ("Grantee") as of the Effective Date indicated <br /> under Grantor's signature block, below. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Grantor owns that certain real property designated Parcel CP4-B2, <br /> located in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> more particularly described in Exhibit A and as depicted in Exhibit B, which <br /> Exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference ("Easement <br /> Area"). <br /> B. Grantee has undertaken a project for the rehabilitation, restoration and <br /> replacement of an existing underground reinforced concrete pressurized sanitary <br /> sewerage transmission main that conveys sewage emanating from the City of <br /> Redwood City and environs to a pump station in the City of San Carlos, <br /> California ("Grantee's Project"). <br /> C. Grantee requires a non-exclusive easement for Grantee's Project <br /> within, under and across the Easement Area. <br /> D. Grantor desires to grant to Grantee, and Grantee desires to accept <br /> from Grantor, said easement. <br /> E.
