6.1. G. - Page 22 <br /> 13. Assiqnment. Grantee shall have the right to assign this agreement <br /> and its rights under it to other public entities created by or associated with <br /> Grantee, provided that such assignee shall assume Grantee's rights and <br /> obligations hereunder in a form acceptable to Grantor. <br /> 14. Entire Aqreement; Interpretation. This Agreement constitutes the <br /> entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof <br /> and no prior oral or written understanding shall be of any force or effect regarding <br /> the matters covered herein. Section headings in this Agreement are not a part of <br /> the Agreement and shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of <br /> any part of the Agreement. As used in this Agreement, masculine, feminine or <br /> neuter gender and the singular or plural number shall each be deemed to include <br /> the others where and when the context so dictates. The word "including" shall be <br /> construed as if followed by the words "without limitation." This Agreement shall <br /> be interpreted as though prepared jointly by both parties. The laws of the State of <br /> California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, shall govern the <br /> interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement.
