Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, the license agreement with <br /> SBSA for use of City property known as the Former Sewage Treatment Plant near <br /> Maple Street to support SBSA's 48" Forcemain Reliability Improvement Project, <br /> 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, the Permanent Easement <br /> Agreement with SBSA for the construction of the 48" Forcemain Reliability Improvement <br /> Project under Redwood Creek, and <br /> 3.
