07/22/2013 <br />acquisition of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With Mental Health <br />Association of San Mateo County For Funds To Acquire 105 5th Avenue" (the <br />"Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, and Mental Health <br />Association of San Mateo County, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br />2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the Agreement in a form <br />approved by the City Attorney and in substantial compliance with the terms and <br />conditions set forth in the Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />3.
