The Public Benefit Contribution; <br /> ; 3.5.9 Construction Parkin� Pro�ram Contribution. The Construction <br /> Pazking Program Contribution; <br /> , 3.5.10 Environmental Holdback A�reement. The Environmental Holdback <br /> Agreement(Exhibit K) executed by Developer; and <br /> 3.5.11 Other Funds and Documents. Such other funds or documents required <br /> ' from the Developer under the terms of this Agreement to close the Escrow or by the Escrow <br /> Agent in the perfornaance of the Escrow Agent's contractual or statutory obligations regarding <br /> the Escrow. <br /> ' 3.6 City's Escrow Deposits. At least one (1) business day prior to the Escrow <br /> Closing Date, the City shall deposit the following described funds and documents into the <br /> Escrow: <br /> 3.6.1 City Deed.
