, <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> 1. Scone of Work/Tasks <br /> Task l: <br /> Under this task, Bay Area Coating Consultants, Inc. (BACC) shall provide coating inspection <br /> services for the Watermain Seismic Improvement Project being performed at Bridge Parkway <br /> Bridge and at Shorebird Island Bridge in the Redwood Shores Area of Redwood City. BACC will <br /> provide a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) certified coating inspector to <br /> monitor the Contractors daily operations including surface preparation, lining application and to <br /> perform all required testing as per NACE,American Water Work Association(AWWA), and the <br /> Society for Protective Coatings(SSPC)guidelines and standards. <br /> Task 2: <br /> Under this task BACC shall provide the same type of services listed above for the Water Tanks <br /> and Pump Stations Seismic Improvement Project; Located at various Water Stations city wide, <br /> including Cambridge Tanks 1 and 2;and Wilmington Tank. <br /> 2. Deadline <br /> June 17,2014. <br /> 3. Deliverables <br /> BACC will provide daily written reports with photographs. <br /> 4. Pavment Terms. (Indicate if hourly, or flat fee) <br /> Payment will be on an hourly basis rate of Eighty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($85.00); and a <br /> minimum of 4 hours per visit.
