("Streetline") Terms of Use, which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. This Order Form, along with the exhibits attached hereto, are referred to collectively as the "Agreement." By signing this Order Form, Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the Agreement,effective as of the date of execution by the last party to sign below("Effective Date"). Use of the Service by Customer is subject to Customer's agreement to the Terms of Use prior to first use of the Service and Customer's ongoing compliance with the Terms of Use. The Service will include Streetline's web-based and/or mobile-based application suite and modules as further described in the Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit A, including any updates and upgrades made available to Customer by Streetline, but excluding Third Party Applications ("Service"). As part of the Service, if indicated in the Scope of Services, Streetline shall provide Customer with technical support and assistance in its use of the Service as described in the Scope of Services.
