STUDY SESSION(S) <br /> A Stanford in Redwood City Study Session (100) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> No action is required, since this is a Study Session. <br /> Mr. Bill Ekern, Community Development Director, spoke about where the City of <br /> Redwood City is in terms of working with Stanford University. He m�ntioned the <br /> Development Agreement, the Precise Plan, and EIR (Environmental Impact Report) that <br /> will be coming to Council in the next couple of months. Specifically, he wanted to speak <br /> about the Development Agreement and the Guiding Principles that the Council provided <br /> to them and negotiated with Stanford.
