He m�ntioned the <br /> Development Agreement, the Precise Plan, and EIR (Environmental Impact Report) that <br /> will be coming to Council in the next couple of months. Specifically, he wanted to speak <br /> about the Development Agreement and the Guiding Principles that the Council provided <br /> to them and negotiated with Stanford.
