MSR:1t:10/10/73 <br /> M <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> OCT 15, 73 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 7028 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF CHAIRS, TABLES, TABLE CADDIES AND CHAIR CARTS; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of chairs, tables, table caddies <br /> and chair carts, to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, con- <br /> sisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> general conditions, specifications, bid forms and agreement, for <br /> the furnishing of chairs, tables, table caddies and chair carts, <br /> to be used for municipal purposes, are hereby 'approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> in the aforementioned specifications. <br />
