DES:sg:11/7/73 <br /> % =; ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. `M�J 05 0 NOV 12 '73 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR REAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL SERVICES <br /> (HUNT T. NORRIS) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert real <br /> property appraisal services in connection with the acquisition <br /> of certain parcels of real property described in the agreement <br /> to which reference is hereinafter made; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hunt T. Norris has represented that he is qualified <br /> to provide the aforesaid appraisal services, including the giving <br /> of expert testimony in any related court proceedings; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed an agreement between <br /> Hunt T. Norris and the City for the furnishing of said services, <br /> and desires to approve and authorize execution of said agreement; <br /> NOW THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement, in letter form, by and between <br /> Hunt T. Norris, Real Estate Appraiser, and the City of Redwood <br /> City entitled "Agreement for Appraisal Services, Proposed Canyon <br /> Road Park", a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> 4 <br />
