Ang person who is denied a building per- <br /> mit for the reason that the material or type of eonstr�zction in- <br /> tended to be used is not deemed to be in complian.ce with th.e <br /> provisions of the above cited codes by the Bu.ilding Inspector, <br /> ar_d any person who is danied an inspection approval or a temporary <br /> or �inal certificate of occupancy for the reason that the material <br /> used or type of construction employed is not deemed to be in com- <br /> plianee with the provisions of the above cited codes by� the <br /> Building Inspector, may appeal to the Board. � <br /> Section 7. Form of Appeal. Every appe al shall be in writing <br /> on forms approved by the Board and furnished by the Building <br /> Inspector. <br /> �very such appe al sha11 be filed wi th the 8uilding Inspector <br /> at least ten days prior to being considered by the Board. <br /> Every such appeal sha11 indicate the code pravision or pro- <br /> visions concerned, the nature of the appeal, �he type of material <br /> or eonstruction intended �o be used and shall be accompanied by <br /> su ch drawings, plans, information or other materials deemed appro- <br /> priate by the Board. <br /> Seetion 8. Recommendations; Appearances. The appellant or <br /> any other interested person may submit, in writing, his comments <br /> and reco�nendations concerning the subjeet matter of the appeal. <br /> The Board may, at its discretion, permit the appellant or any <br /> other interested person to appear and ma.ke oral comments and <br /> recommendations on the subject matter of the appeal. <br /> Section 9. Decisions. All determinations shall be adopted <br /> bg motion. �opies of the motion shall be transmitted in writing <br /> to the Building Inspector and to the person appealing.
