Claims. Befare any tr�.nsportation expenses are <br /> allowed or paid, the claimant shall file a cla�m therefor on such <br /> fo�s as may be specified by t'ne Cit� Auditor. Tha clairn snall be <br /> approved by the head of the office or department employing the <br /> claimant and thera shal 1 be attached thereto receipts for any <br /> expense iteri, o�her t�an pri�rate automobile expenses, �rhich <br /> exceEds Ten Dollars (�10.00) . <br /> SECTiQN 5o Other E:�penses. The provisions of this ordi nance <br /> shall not be construed to precl�.de reimbursement for e�penses <br /> incurred by officers and emplofees of the City in �he perforrnGnce <br /> of their official duties when such expenses are other than, or in <br /> addition to, expenses based upon mileage transporta�ion costs. <br /> SECTIaN 6.
