Sequoia Station Project - Amendment for Remediation Plan (1401-06) <br />Report: Community Development Director, March 19, 1991 ~ <br />Redevelopment Director Church advised that this amendment authorizes <br />expenditure of $30,000 from the Developers Good Faith Deposit to fund the <br />Remediation Plan which is an essential prerequisite to the project receiving <br />funding. <br />Council discussed repayment of the $30,000 after funding of the DDA, eventual <br />costs of the plan, and clean-up costs to be borne by the developer. <br />Title read.
