MIS: StangellBuchan to approve the proposal for the MainlBroadway site including staff recommendations: 1. Consideration of Opportunity Areas 9 and 10 in the Centre Area Revitalization Plan as one possible development opportunity. 2. The Agency offer the property owners in this area the opportunity to participate in redevelopment. 3. The Agency to negotiate with all interested owners to define the terms of an Owner Participation Agreement, if a number of owners indicate an interest in participating. 4. If the Trestine Group is the only respondent, that the Agency enter into an Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN) for a period of six months to negotiate the terms of a DDA. One of the conditions of the ERN should be that the Trestine Group joint venture with another developer with expertise in either the residential or officelretail components.
