Rigg, Ropers, Majeski, <br /> Kohn, Bentley, Wagner & Kane, dated June 5, <br /> 1992 <br /> Chairwoman La Berge commenced the hearings on Resolutions of Necessity <br /> at 11:41 p.m. <br /> Redevelopment Agency Attorney Schricker described the legal <br /> requirements of eminent domain proceedings and the order of reports and <br /> public comment to be heard tonight. <br /> Redevelopment Agency Director Church read the following report dated <br /> June 8, 1992 Exhibit 1, into the record, accompanied by overhead <br /> transparencies: <br /> SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY - SEQUOIA <br /> STATION PROJECT <br /> Recommendation <br /> That the Board hold a public hearing allowing the following owners of <br /> property within the Sequoia Station Project to appear and be heard on <br /> the proposal to exercise the power of eminent domain over their <br /> property: <br /> Davies, Al <br /> Davies, Rosalee <br /> Home of Christ Church <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Sarikakis <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Cook <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Schiavone <br /> and that at the conclusion of the public hearing the Board approve the <br /> Resolution of Necessity for each parcel, based upon the following <br /> findings. <br /> Findings <br /> The power of eminent domain may be exercised to acquire property for a <br /> proposed project only if all of the following are established: <br /> 1.
