The event wili feature music by the Elks Ciub <br /> Band beginning at 3:15pm, foilowed by the parade, a sing-a-long at City Hall, <br /> lighting of the tree, and fireworks. <br /> -Commissioner Soultanian annaunced an art exhibit at the Main Gallery which <br /> is located next to the Redwood Spice Company. <br /> -Commissioner Baii mentioned that former local water colorist Sonja <br /> Hamilton will be having her 100�' galiery showing. She also noted that <br /> "Octoberfest" will be held on September 16 on Broadway between the <br /> railroad tracks and EI Camino Real. <br />
