We are delighted to support City of Redwood City with this grant from the Immigrant <br /> IntegYation grantmaking strategy,which promotes mutual benefits for immigrant and receiving communities. <br /> Please sign, date and return the attached grant agreement to Denise Goulart, dmgoulart@siliconvalleycf.org, <br /> as soon as possible. Once we receive the signed agreement,we will forward payrnent to you. Please include <br /> the grant numbeY noted above in any Yeport or coxrespondence. Also,in an effort to further the overall <br /> program goals of this grantmaking strategy and contribute to larger field-building objectives,please be advised <br /> that grantees will be asked to parricipate in periodic Grantee Leaxning Cohort and/ox Santa Clara County <br /> working group (depending on your service area) meetings to share information on pxoject activities and best <br /> practices. <br /> The enclosed grant agxeement is City of Redwood City's contract with Silicon Valley Community Foundation <br /> detailing how the funds will be spent. You may not use the funds in any way other than as described in the <br /> grant proposal and agreement unless you receive written permission from the community foundation. Please <br /> inform Silicon Valley Community Foundation if there are changes in agency personnel who are important to <br /> the administrarion of the grant, or if the grant funds cannot be expended for the purposes or in the time <br /> period described in the grant agreement. <br /> In addition,grantees will be expected to meet the community foundation's Yeporting requitements, submitting <br /> evaluation, financial and narrative Yeports which may include an interim progress report, final report, and/or <br /> presentation to community foundation staff and donors.
