Councilman McNulty noted absent. <br />R E S 0 L U T ION No. 547 <br />AUTHORIZING LOAN OF EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS (, 18,000) FROM GENTERAL FUND <br />TO WATER FUND <br />RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered tnat the sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars <br />($18,000), be loaned to the Idater Department from General Fund to cover miscellan- <br />eous committments. <br />The aoove and foregoing Resolution 'Y�ra.s passed and adopted by the City Council <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on t�ze loth day of February, ill248, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing Resolution: <br />Councilmen: BRITSCI- GI, GRkNIGER, HOLMQUIST, SWIFT, WERDER, and Mayor HILTON. <br />NOES, and opposed to the passage and adoption of the foregoing Resolution: <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: NcNULTY <br />ATTEST: <br />RALPH S. Larry Wise, consultant for the Planning <br />Commission explained to the Council that the Commission had heard all protests and <br />had recommended certain changes in the map to comply with the list submitted by <br />th_e Commission. Councilman Britscrngi stated he was in accord with all of the <br />recommendations with the exception of No. 7 concerning lot on Arch and Brewster. <br />Councilman Granger moved -;rias t_ne Council accept and concur in the recommendation <br />of all items listed by Planning Com:zission. Motion received a seconded oy Coun- <br />cilman Holmquist, and carried, Councilman Britschgi voting No. <br />Councilman Granger moved introduction of ordinance accepting all the recommen- <br />dations of Planning Commission as set forth together with changes on the map. <br />:roti.on was seconded by Councilman Swift and carried. <br />Further inquiry of Councilman Granger re: Charter Street ownership of strip along <br />this block was reported by Auditor Brophy, riaving -been informed by County Engineer <br />that this owned by the City. Councilman Granger suggested if this is the final <br />decision that tiie City Planning Commission take the necessary action to remove <br />every trailer on ci-lat street. Carried on agenda for final answer. <br />Councilman Granger brought lilp question on street lighting of Redwood Village.
