r <br /> EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> CONSULTANT will facilitate the preparation of a standard format and process for the City of <br /> Redwood City relating to issuance ofRequests for Proposals/Qualifications and selection of <br /> profsssianal service prpviders. <br /> o Assist City staff in preparation of scope,schedule and estimate for proposed projects. <br /> a The performance of all services by CONSULTANT shall be to the satisfaction of the <br /> CtTY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> o All of the services to be furnished by the CONSULTANT under this AGREEMENT <br /> from tMe inception of the AGREEMENT until termination of the AGREEMENT shall <br /> meet the professional standards and quality which pre�ail among project and <br /> construcfion managerrrent consultants of similar knowledge and skill engaged in <br /> similar work throughout California under the same or similar circumstances. All <br /> services performed by CONSULTANT shail be in compliance with all applicable <br /> federal, state and local codes, rules and regulations which are in force at the time <br /> such services are rendered. <br /> o CONSULTANT shall coordinate all services with and communications between the <br /> REDWOOD CITY's Engineering Manager and REDWOOD CITY's staff, including <br /> engineering and legal staff to ensure compliance with any city adopted standards <br /> ordinances that may affect the outcome of this effort. <br /> o CONSULTANT shall schedule and attend all meetings necessary, and as directed by <br /> REDWOOD CITY's Engineering Manager, in order to complete all services to the <br /> sa#is#action of THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. <br /> Deliverables <br /> CONSULTANT shall document all agreed upon procedures, resulting in standard formats and <br /> templates as follows: <br /> Template: Request for Proposals/Qualificaiions <br /> Template:Advertisement of RFP/RFQ <br /> Template: Notification of Shartlisted Firms <br /> Template: Interview/Shortlisting of Qualified Firms <br /> Template: Interview Questions <br /> Terms of Pavment <br /> All fee$will be charged on a time and material basis, commensurate with work cornpleted, in <br /> accordance to the following hourly rate schedule. <br /> Hourly Rate Schedule <br /> Senior Project Manager: $162.00 <br /> REV:D8-06-13 VR <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br /> ATTY/AG R.2 Q 13.126NAN 1 R_9000 <br />
