P- 2209 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RE-APPROPRIATION OF SUMS <br /> BETWEEN FISCAL YEAR 2013 BUDGET LINE ITEMS AND <br /> EXPENDITURE OF RE-APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR THE <br /> FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2012 —JUNE 30, 2013 <br /> WHEREAS, an annual budget containing an estimate of the revenues and <br /> expenses of the Port of Redwood City for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012, <br /> and ending June 30, 2013, was presented to and approved by the Board of Port <br /> Commissioners of the Port of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Board desired and intended to appropriate and authorize <br /> the expenditure of said revenues in accordance with the above-mentioned <br /> budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 27, 2012, the Board of Port Commissioners adopted <br /> Ordinance No. P-254 appropriating anticipated revenues and other general funds <br /> of the Port of Redwood City for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 — June 30, 2013; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Port Commissioners desires to make an <br /> adjustment to the appropriation made pursuant to Ordinance P-254 to re- <br /> appropriate budgeted funds. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Scanned <br /> -1 <br />
