With substantial supporting evidence, the <br /> Board intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this Project. <br /> 4. All the findings set forth in the Initial Study, the proposed Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration, and the Notice of Intent to Adopt are hereby incorporated <br /> by this reference. <br /> 5. This Board approves the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br /> purposes of circulation and distribution. <br /> 6. This Board approves the Notice of Intent to Adopt. <br /> 7. This Board authorizes and directs the circulation and distribution of the <br /> Notice of Intent to Adopt and related documents for the proposed Project <br /> pursuant to the CEQA requirements. <br /> 8. This Board approves the payment of expenditures, fees and costs in <br /> connection with the circulation and distribution of the Notice of Intent to Adopt <br /> and related documents. <br /> 10. This Board determines that a 30-day public review period for the <br /> proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will commence on July 30, 2013, and <br /> end on August 28, 2013, for interested and concerned individuals, and public <br /> agencies to submit written comments on the documents. Written comments on <br /> the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration must be received at the Port, at the <br /> address set forth below, no later than August 28, 2013. Copies of the proposed <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration, as well as materials used in preparation of the <br /> proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration, are available for review at the Port at <br /> Port—Reso 117 R �nned <br /> 08/08/13 <br /> FXS <br />
