City Draft <br /> 6128I13 <br /> AT THE REQUEST OF AND <br /> WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br /> No recording fee required; this document is exempt <br /> from fee pursuant to Section 6103 of the Califarnia <br /> Government Code <br /> SPACE ABOVE THIS L1NE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br /> CITY DEED <br /> For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged. <br /> T�ie City of Radwood City, a charter city and California municipal corporation <br /> ("Grantor" or "City"), hereby grants to Redwood City Partners, LLC, a Ca.Iifornia limited <br /> Iiability company ("Grantee"or"Developer"), that certain real property described in Exhibit"A" <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ("Property"). <br /> 1. The Property is conveyed in accordance with and subject to that certai.n <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement("DDA")dated , entered into between <br /> Grantor and Grantee, a copy of which is on f le with the City at its offices as a Public Record and <br /> which is incorporated herein by reference. The DDA requires the Developer to construct and <br /> meet other requirements as set forth thexein. All terms used herein shall have the same meaning <br /> as those used in the DDA. <br /> 2. The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that the Property is quitclaimed by the City <br /> to the Grantee in its "AS IS," "WHERE IS" and "SUBJECT TO ALL FAULTS CONDITION," <br /> as af the date of recordation of this City Deed, with no warran�ies, expressed or implied, as to the <br /> environmental or other physical condition of the Property,the presence or absence of any patent <br /> or latent environmental or other physical condition on or in the Property, or any other matters <br /> affecting the Property. <br /> 3. Obli�ation to Refrain from Discrimination. The Developer covenants and agrees <br /> for itself, its successors, its assigns and every successor-in-interest to all or any portion of the <br /> Property, that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any Person, or group of <br /> Persons, on account of gender, sexual orientation,rnarital status,race, color,religion, creed, <br /> national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease,transfer,use, occupancy,tenure or <br /> enjoyment of the Property nar shall the Devetoper,itself or any Person claiming under or <br /> through it, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discriminataon or segregation <br /> with reference to the seIection, Zocation, number,use or occupancy of purchasers, tenants, <br /> lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the Property.
