The Project described as required to be <br /> constructed in accordance with that certain Disposition and Development Agreement dated <br /> (the "Agreement"), between the City and , a California limited Iiability <br /> company (the "Developer"), on that certain real property specifically described in the legal <br /> descriptian(s) attachec�to this Certifcate of Completion as Exhibit A {the "Site"), is complete in <br /> accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. <br /> This Certificate of Completion constitutes conclusive evidence of the City's <br /> determination of the De�eloper's satisfaction of its obligation under the Agreement to construct <br /> and instal� the Project on the Site, including any and a�l �buildings, parking areas, landscaping <br /> areas and related improvemen�s necessary to support or meet any requarements applicable to the <br /> project and its use and occupancy on the Site, whethex or not such improvernents are located on <br /> or off the Site or on other property subject to the Agreement, excluding any normat and <br /> customary tenant improvements and minor building "punch list" items.
