WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that t#�e proposed <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement between the City of Redwood City anc! <br /> HunterlStorm, LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit A, would further the purposes of <br /> and appropria#ely implement the City of Redwood City General Plan and the <br /> Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the abo�e recitals are <br /> accurate and constitute findings in this matter and, toge#her with the Staff Report <br /> and the applicatior� materials, including without limitation the Initiaf Study, <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement, de�elopment plan, ar�d all other <br /> documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimany, and <br /> materials in the City's fil� for the applications and the ProjECt, and all adopted <br /> City planning documents relating to the Projec# and the pro�erty including the <br /> City's Generaf Plan, Municipal Code, Dawntown Precise Plan, and other <br /> applicable City laws and regulations, and all associated appro�ed and certified <br /> environmental documents, have together served as an adequate and appropriate <br /> evidentiary basis for the findings and ac#ions set forth in this Resolution. <br /> Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that the proposed sale of the City <br /> Property on the terms and oonditions set forth in the Disposition and <br /> De�elopment Agreement between the City of Redwood CFty and HunterlStorm, <br /> LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is consistent with the City of Redwoad City <br /> General Plan and the Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City <br /> Councif appro�e tt�e Disposition and Development Agreemen#, attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit A and incorporated F�erein by reference. <br /> Section 5.
