WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that t#�e proposed Disposition and Development Agreement between the City of Redwood City anc! HunterlStorm, LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit A, would further the purposes of and appropria#ely implement the City of Redwood City General Plan and the Downtown Precise Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the abo�e recitals are accurate and constitute findings in this matter and, toge#her with the Staff Report and the applicatior� materials, including without limitation the Initiaf Study, Disposition and Development Agreement, de�elopment plan, ar�d all other documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimany, and materials in the City's fil� for the applications and the ProjECt, and all adopted City planning documents relating to the Projec# and the pro�erty including the City's Generaf Plan, Municipal Code, Dawntown Precise Plan, and other applicable City laws and regulations, and all associated appro�ed and certified environmental documents, have together served as an adequate and appropriate evidentiary basis for the findings and ac#ions set forth in this Resolution. Section 2. The Planning Commission finds that the proposed sale of the City Property on the terms and oonditions set forth in the Disposition and De�elopment Agreement between the City of Redwood CFty and HunterlStorm, LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is consistent with the City of Redwoad City General Plan and the Downtown Precise Plan. Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Councif appro�e tt�e Disposition and Development Agreemen#, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated F�erein by reference.
