Services pravided will consist of modifying or <br /> writing new so��ware code in CUST4MER Universe Database to support <br /> ��nancial services, payro�l, uti�ity billing, and other sub-systems <br /> as requested by CU524MER. <br /> RWC will nnaintain a live copy of CUSTOMER Universe Database on a <br /> d�d�.cated server, avazlable to CUSmOMER when requested. In exchange, <br /> CUSTOMER will host a live copy of RWC Universe �a�alaase on a server <br /> housed in C[]S�OMER data center. It zs the obl�gation of each party to <br /> schedule and notify the other when they wil� be uszng the backup <br /> sys�em housed on the other' s facility.
