Scone of Work/Tasks <br /> Task l: <br /> Under this task, Smith-Emery San Francisco (SE) shall provide welding inspection services for <br /> the Watermain Seismic Improvement Project being performed at Bridge Parkway Bridge and at <br /> Shorebird Island Bridge in the Redwood Shores Area of Redwood City. SE shall provide the <br /> services of a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), Non Destructive Testing (NDT), Ultrasound <br /> Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing (UT-MT) Inspector certified by the American Welding <br /> Society(AWS). <br /> Task 2: <br /> Under this task, SE shall provide the above mentioned services for the Water Tanks and Pump <br /> Stations Seismic Improvement Project; Located at various Water Stations citywide, including <br /> Cambridge Tanks 1 and 2; and Wilmington Tank. <br /> 2. Deadline <br /> June 17,2014. <br /> 3. Deliverables <br /> SE will provide one written report per site visit, stating what was inspected, what was tested and <br /> what were the inspector's findings and recommendations. <br /> 4. Payment Terms. <br /> Payment will be on an hourly basis rate of Eighty Seven and 00/100 Dollars($87.00). <br /> The minimum chargeable inspection time will be 2 hours per visit. <br /> The amount of the agreement is not to exceed Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty and <br /> 00/100 Dollars($13,920.00),based on an estimate of One Hundred Sixty(160)hours of service <br /> for both tasks. <br /> . � � � . � <br /> Reg.Hrs 0/T Hrs.
