(1402-04) <br /> REPORT: Redevelopment Agency Executive Director January 31, 1994 <br /> Executive Director Church and Management Specialist Svoboda presented <br /> the staff report describing the benefits of an auto center to auto <br /> dealers and to Redwood City. <br /> Mr. William Carlson, Executive Director of the California Redevelopment <br /> Association, and the financial feasibility analyst for Urban Strategies, <br /> described the advantages of an auto center and advised that consolidation <br /> has been and will continue to be the trend in the industry.
