Secondary data source is the City of East <br /> Palo Alto' s zoning district shape-file. <br /> 2 . Create parcel based GIS shape-file for general plan. Data source <br /> is the City of East Palo Alto' s general plan shape-file. <br /> 3 . Create parcel based GIS shape-file for zoning. Data source is <br /> the City of East Palo Alto' s zoning district shape-file. <br /> 4 . Create GIS shape-file for existing dwelling units per parcel. <br /> Data sources are the seven property information/building <br /> characteristics files (e.g. , single family, multi-family, condos, <br /> commercial, industrial, mobile homes, hotels/motels) , which the City <br /> of East Palo Alto will need to purchase from the San Mateo County <br /> Assessor Office. <br /> 5. Create GIS shape-file for existing jobs at block level. Data <br /> source is the 2010 US Census. <br /> 6. Create GIS shape-file for street center lines. Data source is <br /> the San Mateo County street center line shape-file. <br /> 7 . Create parcel based GIS layer with County Assessor data. Data <br /> sources for this layer are the June 2013 San Mateo County Assessor <br /> file and the seven property information/building characteristics files <br /> from the San Mateo County Assessor Office. The Assessor data to be <br /> included in this GIS shape-file are: <br /> a. APN (Assessor Parcel Number) <br /> b. Site address <br /> c. Owner name <br /> d. Owner address <br /> e. Tax-code <br /> f. City-code <br /> g. Assessed land value <br /> h. Assessed improvements value <br /> i . Lot size <br /> j . Year Built <br /> k. Number of units <br /> l. Number of stories <br /> In order to create the above listed GIS shape-files, the City of East <br /> Palo Alto agrees to provide Redwood City GIS staff with the following <br /> source data: <br /> I .
