or (iv) of this Section 9.2. Notices given on behalf of a party by its attorneys in the manner <br /> provided for in Section 9 of this Agreement shall be considered validly given. <br /> 10. Confidentialitv. Except as required by law, including but not limited to the <br /> California Public Records Act, Buyer and Seller agree to keep confidential, all information and <br /> material relating to the condition of the City Property, the Remediation Plan and Buyer's related <br /> work on the City Property. However, such information may be revealed to Parties' respective <br /> attorneys, consultants, accountants, other parties to whom the Parties are obligated to make <br /> reports and other parties who have a need for such information in connection with the <br /> Remediation Plan. <br /> 11. Conflict; No Further Modification. In the event of any conflict between the terms <br /> of the DDA and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. Except as otherwise set forth in <br /> this Agreement, all of the terms and provisions of the DDA shall remain unmodified and in full <br /> force and effect.
