7.A. - Page 18 ATfACHMENT 1 <br /> operate at levels of service E and F, Caltrans, which has jurisdiction over <br /> improvements to US 101, has no plans to widen the affected freeway segments <br /> due to right of way limitations. <br /> 11. The City Council concurs with the HRACs April 12, 2012 <br /> recommendation, and recommends that the DPR rating of the three separate resources <br /> related to the Ampex campus: the Ampex sign, Warnecke plaza and fountain and 425 <br /> Broadway building, be revised to status Code 5 such that these resources are <br /> recognized as historically significant to Redwood City and, consistent with the DEIR <br /> Section 14.1, that the removal of these resources would constitute a significant <br /> unavoidable impact. <br /> 12. The City Council directs the City's Community Development Department <br /> to file a notice of determination with the County Clerk of San Mateo County upon <br /> approval of the Project. <br /> 13. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15091(e), the documents and other <br /> materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning <br /> Commission has based its recommendations are located in and may be obtained from, <br /> the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The City <br /> Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br /> 14.
