7.A. - Page 137 <br /> • Contribution toward the cost of the City's evaluation of potential changes to <br /> the roadway configuration for Broadway to accommodate a potential future <br /> streetcar, bicycle lanes, and/or parallel parking in the amount of$75,000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> 2. The City Council, having considered the evidence received at the public <br /> hearing duly noticed and held for said proposed Development Agreement, finds as <br /> follows: <br /> A. The proposed Development Agreement is consistent with the <br /> Redwood City General Plan, the Zoning Ordinance, and the Stanford in Redwood City <br /> Precise Plan. <br /> B. The proposed Development Agreement would become effective <br /> upon the effectiveness of the adoption of the Precise Plan. <br /> 3. The City Council approves the proposed Development Agreement. This <br /> approval is based on the City Council's consideration of and reliance on the Final EIR <br /> and in accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein, and in the <br /> Resolution certifying the Final EIR and conditioned upon and subject to the Mitigation <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program therein. <br /> 4.
