���.':�"�a�e. <br /> ,r:-:: '``-r' <br /> I p`� j-I''I�� <br /> �,.�; `�' i � � � � � � <br /> Y�,.� <br /> ,��� <br /> Structure of the Development Agreement <br /> ■ The DevelopmentAgreement is structured to provide a significant portion of <br /> Stanford's contributions to the City in the early phases of the project. <br /> ■ More than half of the DevelopmentAgreement obligations by Stanford will <br /> be provided to the City by the fifth anniversary of the approval of the project, <br /> and are NOT tied to project construction, including funding to: <br /> • Economic Development (GSB Programs); <br /> • Recreation and Wellness; <br /> • Arts and Music; <br /> • Education; <br /> • Funding for local flooding solutions; and <br /> • Initial Funding of the Neighborhood Streets Enhancement Program. <br /> ■ The 2.4 acre open space area will be designed and developed with the first <br /> phase of development. <br />
