Adopt a Resolution Certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report <br /> (EIR) for Stanford in Redwood City Precise Plan certify and adopting CEQA <br /> Findings, Statements of Overriding Consideration for each significant <br /> unavoidable environmental impact identified in the EIR, and the Mitigation <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Plan, all in accordance with the requirements of <br /> the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE <br /> STANFORD IN REDWOOD CITY PRECISE PLAN; ADOPTING CEQA FINDINGS; <br /> ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS FOR EACH <br /> SIGNIFICANT UNAVOIDABLE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT IDENTIFIED IN THE <br /> EIR; AND ADOPTING A MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN, <br /> ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALIFORNIA <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT <br /> 2. Waive the First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance amending <br /> Article 52 to allow alternative findings in Precise Plans for Developers with <br /> Development Agreements in conformance with the Stanford in Redwood <br /> City Precise Plan. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AMENDING ARTICLE 52 OF THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS <br /> AMENDED, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ABILITY TO ADOPT ALTERNATIVE <br /> PLANNED COMMUNITY PROCEDURES AND FINDINGS FOR PROPERTY <br /> SUBJECT TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> 3.
