The City Council declares its intention to vacate portions of Bradford <br /> Street, the hereinafter described portion of Bradford Street found on deed recorded on <br /> January 5, 1897, appearing in Deed Book 73, Page 518 of the Official Record of the <br /> County of San Mateo, as shown on Exhibit A and Exhibit B, on the basis that it is <br /> unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes; <br /> 3. A noticed public hearing on the question of vacating Bradford Street, shall <br /> be held and evidence thereon received by the City Council on October 7, 2013; <br /> 4. The portion of Bradford Street to be vacated is more fully described in <br /> Exhibit 1 attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 5.
